 Welcome to the website for Austin’s premier Real Estate team. I’ve been a Realtor in the Austin area for 15 years, and I’m ready to advise, consult, and guide you into the wonderful world of residential real estate. I cover the Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Leander areas. This includes the Lake Travis areas, Westlake, Dripping springs, Lakeway, Buda and Kyle areas. I specialize in first-time homebuyers and move-up buyers. I work with my husband, Michael, and we are the Farrell Team of Keller Williams Realty. Michael is a retired engineer, has 4 years experience in real estate, and he specializes in working with investors. Austin is a wonderful area with lovely planned communities with many amenities, older traditional homes and downtown condos for the urban lifestyle, acreage property, and equestrian properties. Many golf courses populate the Austin area and vicinity. Exemplary schools are prevalent. The beautiful highland lakes draw many people to the area, with many facilities for boating, fishing, picnicking, and beaches for “just sittin’ around”. Jobs in high tech are plentiful, as well as the University of Texas job market and the growing health care industry.
